Custom-Cut Products – No Returns
All our fabrics and textiles are cut to order based on the measurements selected by you at the time of purchase. As such, these items are considered customised products and are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, unless they are faulty or damaged.
We kindly ask customers to double-check product details (including fabric type, colour, and quantity) before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@buxtontextiles.co.uk.
