Delivery Policy

This will vary depending upon your location within the UK and the shipping service you have selected. Once your order has been processed at our store, our standard service will take 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Our express service will take 1 -3 business days to arrive. Please be aware that the delivery timeframes shown above are a guide only and Buxton Textiles is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail and our partner carriers only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries including orders placed for express services.

We reserve the right to send your order on a tracked and/or signed for service regardless of the delivery option you have chosen should we feel this necessary.

We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, should we not be able to send your order in one parcel due to Royal Mail and carrier restrictions on weight and parcel size.
