How long will it take to get my order?
This will vary depending upon your location within the UK and the shipping service you have selected. Once your order has been processed at our store, our standard service will take 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Our express service will take 1 -3 business days to arrive. Please be aware that the delivery timeframes shown above are a guide only and Buxton Textiles is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Delivery Disclaimer:
All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail and Couriers only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries including orders placed for express services.
We reserve the right to send your order on a tracked and/or signed for service regardless of the delivery option you have chosen should we feel this necessary.
We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, should we not be able to send your order in one parcel due to Royal Mail and Courier restrictions on weight and parcel size.

At Buxton Textiles Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality fabrics and exceptional service. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom-Cut Products – No Returns
All our fabrics and textiles are cut to order based on the measurements selected by you at the time of purchase. As such, these items are considered customised products and are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, unless they are faulty or damaged.
We kindly ask customers to double-check product details (including fabric type, colour, and quantity) before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@buxtontextiles.co.uk.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
